how does partial staging + STyling work?
Getting your home ready to sell can be a bit daunting. So if you don’t know where to start and you’re up for a little collaboration, we can work together to create the greatest possible appeal for your home.
Partial Staging uses a combination of your furniture and ours to create an inviting, warm and authentic atmosphere. We’ll also use our accessories, art and bed linen if required to create a more polished, premium look. Whether it’s a little or a lot, we can style your property to maximise its potential and make it stand out, get noticed and attract the right buyers in a competitive market.
Styling is a great option for those who want a designers touch to their existing furniture, optimising the space and getting just the right look for your professional photos and open homes. Often it’s as simple as re-arranging and de-cluttering your existing spaces. For this option we don’t bring anything with us, we simply work with what you’ve already got.
Style to Shoot is a new feature from Home Edit and one we believe provides a great option to those on a budget. We will bring with us things like bedding, throws, pillows, artworks, accessories and other small items perfect for adding the extra touches to make your home stand out in photos. We will dress up and style your existing furniture for the day of your photo shoot to present your home in it’s best light, helping to make your online marketing stand out and bring the buyers in. Once your shoot is done, we pack everything down and take it away leaving your home as it was.
